We’re starting off with an easy one. Why? Because most people don’t wonder if Tom Selleck is still alive as he looks great for his age and is also very much active on the screens. For instance, he has been playing New York City Police Commissioner Frank Reagan in Blue Bloods since 2010.
Now aged 76, the Magnum, P.I. star resides in an avocado ranch in Hidden Valley and also enjoys the occasional ice hockey game as an avid fan of the sport. He has been happily married to Jillie Mack since 1987. It has been announced that he would play Jesse Stone’s character in a new television movie.
Robert Fuller – Age 87
After entirely retiring from show business in 2001, actor Robert Fuller committed to raising horses on a ranch with his wife, Jennifer Savidge. She is his second wife and not the mother of any of his children. They were so committed to being horse ranchers that they relocated from Los Angeles to North Texas to do so.
The last of Fuller’s work was in the TV series: JAG and Walker, Texas Ranger. However, before that, he had prominent roles in productions such as Return of the Seven and Incident at Phantom Hill. Let’s also not forget that the 87-year-old had a successful music career as well.
Bo Derek – Age 64
Born Mary Cathleen Collins, Bo Derek is an American actress and morel who is still only 64 years old. Well, she is fairly young compared to most others on this list. Derek shot to stardom in 1979 with the movie 10, after which she became a feminine symbol of that time. She was subsequently cast in many of her late husband’s (John Derek) movies.
Since 2002, Derek has been in a relationship with Northern Exposure star John Corbett. Now semi-retired, she dedicates her time to advocate for animal welfare, protection of sea life (particularly sharks), and wounded veterans. Her most recent appearance was in Family Ranch 2 in 2020.
Jeri Ryan – Age 53
Jeri Ryan is probably the youngest star you’ll find on this list, and let’s just say that she is here to break the monotonous flow. The 53-year-old is best known for her work as the Borg drone Seven of Nine in the two series, Star Trek: Voyager and Star Trek: Picard, the former of which has earned her several accolades.
A mother of two now on her second marriage to Christophe Émé, Ryan’s other notable works are Boston Public, Shark, Body of Proof, and Bosch. In 2020, she also played Gwendolyn Hayes in MacGyver in addition to the reprisal of Seven of Nine in Star Trek: Picard.
Jacqueline Ray – Age 76
Tom Selleck may have been married to Jillie Mack for a long time, but it was Jacqueline Ray’s hand that he first took in marriage back in 1971. Their marriage lasted 11 years, during which time he adopted Ray’s son from a previous relationship, Kevin Shepard.
Ray, who is now reportedly 76 years old as per IMDb, has been away from the radar for a while. She has successfully kept herself away from the spotlight by not being active on social media. Between 1967 and 2007, she took on a few acting gigs, including Magnum, P.I., Dallas, and Unfabulous.
Larry Manetti – Age 73
Speaking of Magnum, P.I. stars, let’s also look at Larry Manetti, who gave life to one of the show’s leading characters, Orville Wilbur Richard “Rick” Wright. Among his other noteworthy roles are Robert A. “Bobby” Boyle in Baa Baa Black Sheep and Nicky ‘The Kid’ Demarco in Hawaii Five-0.
Now aged 73, Manetti is married to Nancy DeCarl and is a father of one. The Manetti couple used to host a weekly radio show about one decade ago. Manetti’s other work includes a book titled Aloha Magnum: Larry Manetti’s Magnum, P.I. Memories, which was released in 1999.
Terry Moore – Age 92
As one of the last surviving stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood, Helen Luella Koford, professionally known as Terry Moore, continues to make her contributions to American cinema, as well as television. Not to forget that she does so being 92 years of age.
Moore has worked with Columbia Pictures and 20th Century Fox, during which time she’s appeared in productions like He’s a Cockeyed Wonder and Man on a Tightrope. She hasn’t had much luck when it comes to marriage, having gone through five of them. Nevertheless, the mother of two continues to deliver more work, among which Silent Life, Merrily, and American Superman are upcoming.
Mel Brooks – Age 95
Always seen with a cheerful smile on his face, Mel Brooks is one with many titles in show business. He is a director, producer, writer, comedian, and actor, and also a father of four in his life away from the cameras.
Credited for co-creating The 2000 Year Old Man, Brooks is among the small list of EGOT winners who continues to do what he loves, defying his age. The 95-year-old is currently producing and voice acting on Blazing Samurai, which is scheduled to release later in 2021. Brooks is a fortunate man to have been loved by his soulmate, actress Anne Bancroft until she took her last breath in 2005.

From Florence Johnston in The Jeffersons to Mary Jenkins in 227, Marla Gibbs has blessed the television screens of hundreds of thousands of people for a long time. In fact, she hasn’t stopped doing so despite being 90 years old.
Since she has a $4 million fortune and three children to take care of her, we’re assuming that her activity in the entertainment industry is derived from pure passion and not money. During her career spanning over five decades, Gibbs has also received credits as a singer, comedian, writer, and producer. Her fans can expect to see her in Alone Together, Orpheus Star, and HeadShop soon.
Paul Michael Glaser – Age 78
Born in Massachusetts, Paul Michael Glaser grew up fond of academics and even went as far as to earn a master’s degree from Boston University. Since he majored in theatre, the now 78-year-old pursued a career in his area of expertise, and needless to say, reached the greatest of heights.
Two unsuccessful marriages (widowed in the first) and three children later, Glaser will be happy to say that his acting career is still as steady as it can be, helping him boost his already big fortune of $4 million. The Starsky & Hutch star most recently (2019) played Leo in Grace and Frankie and Alan in Ray Donovan.
Claudia Cardinale – Age 83
Claudia Cardinale was born and raised in Tunisia by an Italian family. Her acting dreams (inspired by Brigitte Bardot) started becoming a reality when she won her first role in a French short film in 1956. However, she only came to be known by the larger population with her work in projects like Rocco and His Brothers, Cartouche, and The Leopard.
Cardinale also established herself in Hollywood with roles in Blindfold and The Lost Command, among others. We can still see the 83-year-old mother of two on the screens, with recent appearances in Bulle and Rogue City in 2020. Nonnas on the Run and The Island of Forgiveness are upcoming.
Eva Marie Saint – Age 97
Eva Marie Saint boasts a career of over 75 years, during which time she’s made herself a fortune of $20 million. However, despite her wealth and age, which is 97, she continues to grace our screens with her charm.
Widely popular for playing the roles of Edie Doyle in On the Waterfront and Eve Kendall in North by Northwest, the Oscar-winner’s most recent appearance was in The Pack Podcast. Saint had a blissful married life, although unfortunately, she has been widowed since 2016. At least she has two children to care for her in her old age.
Ed Asner- Age 91
Ed Asner may be 91, but he is still remembered and praised for his contributions spanning over six decades. His acting extends to voice work as well, which is how his credits currently stand at 414, as per IMDb. However, we must note that nearly 20 of them are upcoming works. For instance, Awaken, Scarlett, and The Gettysburg Address are all in their post-production stage.
Anyone who has been Asner’s fan since The Mary Tyler Moore Shore in the ’70s would remember him as Lou Grant—a character that he also took to an eponymous spin-off series. According to Tampa Bay Times, he advocates for causes like autism, climate change, and gun violence.
Clu Gulager – Age 92
Most of us were probably not even born when Clu Gulager made his acting debut. His career beginnings date back to the ’50s, and it lasted all the way till 2019, which was when he officially went into retirement. Now aged 92, Gulager is best known for his portrayals of William H. Bonne on The Tall Man and Emmett Ryker on The Virginian.
Remember that these projects were only two out of his 165 odd works. Even though Gulager has been a widow since 2003, we hope that his two children and his fortune of $10 million can allow him a comfortable retirement.
Susan Sarandon – Age 74
A multi-award-winning actress, Susan Sarandon passed her five-decade mark in the industry in 2020. She made her screen debut as Melissa Compton on Joe in 1970 and has since secured over 160 more credits, which includes Dead Man Walking, for which she won her first and only Oscar for Best Actress so far.
The 74-year-old can very well expect her trophy cabinet to crowd up in the future as she is still very active in the industry and has many new projects lined up for release in the future. Later in 2021, Sarandon will appear as Honey in Ride the Eagle and Catherine in Red Bird Lane.
Meat Loaf – Age 73
Unusual stage names can either become a flop or a major success. Michael Lee Aday, better known as Meat Load, struggled at the beginning of his career due to not being taken seriously by many. However, both his singing and acting skills were too good to be ignored, and they subsequently made him one of the best-selling artists of all time.
The Bat Out of Hell trilogy is the most successful out of the dozen albums Meat Load has released. A 73-year-old father and husband, Meat Loaf’s other life’s work include coaching children’s baseball and releasing an autobiography titled To Hell and Back: An Autobiography.
Jane Fonda – Age 83
Jane Fonda may be 83 years old now, but we can all agree that she looks exceptional for her age. A two-time Oscar winner, Fonda is best known for her work in productions such as Klute, Coming Home, and Monster-in-Law. Since 2015, she has been starring as Grace Hanson on the Netflix series Grace and Frankie.
Even though Fonda’s relationships and marriages didn’t last, they gave her a total of three children (including one adoptive daughter). She has used her voice for feminist causes and environmental protection while also spending her fair share of time, money, and efforts on charity. In 2022, she will voice The Dragon in Luck.
Maggie Smith – Age 86
Dame Maggie Smith has contributed to the British entertainment industry for many decades and hasn’t quite stopped yet, even though she is well past her retirement age. The Downton Abbey star is now 86, and we’re pretty sure that her aging is also upsetting to Harry Potter fans. Why? Because she played professor Minerva McGonagall in all of its films.
Lately, Smith has been involved with charitable activities and is believed to be in good health even though she has had a few health scares like Graves’ disease and breast cancer in the past. We’ll soon see her on A Boy Called Christmas, A German Life, and Downton Abbey 2.
George Takei – Age 84
The story of George Takei should be among the most impressive success stories as he made it in the American film industry after coming growing up in internment camps with his immigrant parents. He also came out as gay in 2005 and has since been an LGBT rights activist.
Now 84, Takei is known across the world for his portrayal of Hikaru Sulu in the USS Enterprise of the Star Trek TV series and films. Takei is an avid voice actor who will provide Ohga’s voice in Blazing Samurai in 2021, adding to his already extensive work portfolio.
Carol Burnett – Age 88
Carol Burnett has special skills in acting, comedy, singing, and writing, all of which have contributed to her massive portfolio of works. She shot to stardom from the CBS variety show, The Carol Burnett Show, which opened the pathway for a lengthy lifelong career. She is no stranger to the television, from which she has won heaps of accolades as well.
Now aged 88, Burnett is currently in her third marriage, which has been going steady for the last two decades. She had a long-running character on Mad About You and most recently played Joan in All Together Now in 2020.
Leigh Taylor-Young – Age 76
Even though Leigh Taylor Young is officially retired, she does make the occasional appearances here and there. For instance, she narrated Mariette in Ecstasy in 2019, which was a project she undertook after eight years. We can also hope to see her in America Gig*lo in 2022.
In her prime, the now 76-year-old garnered fame from projects like The Horsemen, Soylent Green, and Jagged Edge. Young has been fortunate enough to live to see grandchildren from her only son, and we hope she gets to see great-grandchildren as well.
Dick Van Dyke – Age 95
The name Dick Van Dyke immediately rings a bell to anyone who was around in the ‘60s and were fans of The Dick Van Dyke Show. A World War II veteran in American theatre, he went on to make his mark more permanent in showbiz with appearances in Bye Bye Birdie, Mary Poppins, and Diagnosis: Murder, among others.
If you are someone who has wondered about his well-being lately, there’s no serious reason to worry as he is doing well at the age of 95. However, Van Dyke has experienced some health issues in the past. He is currently working on an upcoming project named Capture the Flag.
Bob Barker – Age 97
Hosting the same show for 35 years never affected Bob Barker, as he did it so well without the monotony getting to him. He hosted The Price Is Right from 1972 to 2007, after which Drew Carey took the baton from him.
Barker has occasionally made appearances on the show since then but has largely kept away from the spotlight, which is understandable considering his age—97. Even though he has had a fair few health struggles over the years, Barker is doing decently well, all things considered. He is highly committed to the welfare of animals, having been vegetarian for over 30 years, being vocal about animal rights, and making donations.
Tippi Hedren – Age 91
Nathalie Kay Hedren, better recognized as Tippi Hedren, is a former fashion model who got the opportunity to build a successful career as an actress as well. She was discovered by none other than Alfred Hitchcock himself and is internationally known for roles such as Melanie Daniels in The Birds and the titular character in Marnie.
Hedren, now aged 91, commits to animal preservation through The Roar Foundation and Hedren’s Shambala Preserve, where she resides. Did you know that Hedren is the grandmother of the Fifty Shades star Dakota Johnson? Hedren is currently working on the upcoming project Unforgettable.
Leonard Whiting – Age 71
We’re not quite sure how many people would remember Leonard Whiting as he hasn’t been very consistent in the industry as the other on this list. He only has 15 acting credits but is very well-noted for playing the male title character on the 1968 Zeffirelli film version of Romeo and Juliet, which even secured him a Golden Globe Award.
Now residing in Steele’s Village, London, with his second wife Lynn Presser, Whiting now dedicates most of his time to theatrical work instead of films. The 71-year-old was last seen on the screen in 2015 when he played Julia’s father in Social Suicide.
Robert Duvall – Age 90
In a career spanning over 70 years, Robert Duvall has received countless award nominations, from which he has won an Oscar for Tender Mercies, two Emmys for Broken Trail, among others. He had starring roles in M*A*S*H, THX 1138, and The Godfather films, among heaps of others.
A United States Army veteran, Duvall is still keeping his hands full with work, currently working on the upcoming movies: Hustle and The Ploughmen, even though he is 90 years old. When it comes to his personal life and romances, Duvall didn’t see much success until he tied the knot to his fourth wife, Argentine actress and director Luciana Pedraza.
Richard Dean Anderson – Age 71
From his very first acting role as Dr. Jeff Webber in the soap opera General Hospital, Richard Dean Anderson has only seen success. Almost all of his life’s work has been on the small screen, which includes praiseworthy work in MacGyver, Through the Eyes of a Killer, Pandora’s Clock, and Firehouse.
Since the ’90s, the now 71-year-old has earned significant attention from Jack O’Neill’s character in the Stargate films and series. As someone who has made a net worth of $30 million from his career, Anderson hasn’t forgotten to give back to charity. He supports organizations like Waterkeeper Alliance, Challengers Boys and Girls Club, and Make-a-Wish Foundation.
Debbie Harry – Age 76
Even though she was born in Miami, Florida, as Angela Trimble, the name Debbie Harry is the one her fans know her as. She is a star in the music industry and is widely recognized as the co-founder and lead singer of the American rock band Blondie.

Still looking as gorgeous as she was when she played the title role in I Dream of Jeannie in the late ‘60s, Barbara Eden has been an actress for longer than most of us have been alive. Given how great she looks, it’s hard to believe that she is on the verge of turning 90.
Having been on her third marriage for the last three decades, Eden was a mother to a boy, who unfortunately passed away from a drug overdose in 2001. She has undoubtedly seen many ups and downs in life and yet has persevered and is yet to retire. Her most recent appearance was as Mrs. Claus in My Adventures with Santa in 2019.
Jerry Lee Lewis – Age 85
Often referred to by his nickname “The Killer,” Jerry Lee Lewis is one of the greatest pianists and musicians in the 20th century. One look at his trophy cabinet, and you’ll be able to tell how much of a star he is. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer is now 85 and has released 40 studio albums and more than 75 singles.
Although he suffered from a stroke in 2019, Lewis is believed to be in overall good health. His fans may have some good news coming their way as he is said to be releasing a new album of gospel covers done along with T-Bone Burnett pretty soon.
Sidney Poitier – Age 94
Even though Sidney Poitier has been inactive as an actor for two decades, he is still remembered by pretty much anyone who’s watched his work. One of the last remaining stars from the Golden Era of Hollywood, the 94-year-old won an Oscar for Best Actor for his work in Lilies of the Field back in 1963.
His name will go down in history as the first black male and first Bahamian actor to have secured said award. Poitier’s last project was The Last Brickmaker in America in 2001, in which he portrayed Henry Cobb. During the decade ending 2007, he served as the Bahamian Ambassador to Japan.
Shelley Fabares – Age 77
Michele Ann Marie Fabares came to be known as Shelley Fabares when she started becoming something of an item in show business. Both an actress and singer, the 77-year-old is widely acclaimed and remembered for her portrayals of Mary Stone on The Donna Reed Show and Christine Armstrong on Coach.
Fabares’s music career thrived with songs like Johnny Angel, and Johnny Loves Me, both of which made it to the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. She is the long-time wife of actor Mike Farrell, whom she married after divorcing Lou Adler. Even though she had a liver transplant in 2000, there haven’t been any concerns about her health lately.

An actor who made it big in the entertainment industry despite his emotionless facial expressions (dry humor) and speech disorder (stutter), Bob Newhart is an inspiration to all. He rose to fame with the release of his comedic album, The Button-Down Mind of Bob Newhart.
Since then, he has cleverly established himself in the film and television industry, earning praise for his work in The Bob Newhart Show, The Librarian, and The Big Bang Theory. At 91, he continues to make screen appearances, with the most recent one being in the TBBT spin-off prequel Young Sheldon.
June Lockhart – Age 96
Known for her portrayals of Ruth Martin, Principal, and Dr. Janet Craig in Lassie, Lost in Space, and Petticoat Junction, respectively, June Lockhart is a veteran actress whose career spans over eight decades. As of her current age of 96, she has accumulated a whopping 170 acting credits, according to her IMDb page.
You’d think that she’d have taken a step back from work considering her age, but it doesn’t look like she’s got any plans to retire. We last saw Lockhart on the screen, playing Irene O’Connor in The Remake in 2016, and she also voiced Mindy the Owl in Bongee Bear and the Kingdom of Rhythm in 2019.
Robert Clary – Age 95
Robert Clary, despite going through terrible experiences that no child ever should have (deported to Nazi concentration camp), built a successful life for himself instead of making excuses for his unfortunate past. He became an actor and singer and also earned credits as an author, artist, and lecturer down the line.
Having surpassed uncountable risks in his childhood, Clary survived 95 years (and counting). While his career officially came to an end in 2001 after five decades, Clary will be remembered by fans for playing Corporal Louis LeBeau in Horgan’s Heroes and Pierre Jourdan in The Bold and the Beautiful. He is the only surviving main cast member of Horgan’s Heroes.
Elizabeth II – Age 95
Queen Elizabeth II is an icon known not only by one country or even a couple but the entire world. Since 1952, she has been the monarch of the United Kingdom and the Queen of 15 other commonwealth nations, including Canada and Australia. That makes Her Majesty the longest-reigning British monarch in history.
The Queen is now 95 years old but is in great shape and health for someone her age. After all, she is still attending public events. The year 2021, however, hasn’t been very nice to the Queen as she lost her husband of 73 years, Prince Philip, in April.
David Attenborough – Age 95
Even though David Attenborough is known for his work surrounding the wonders of history, we wonder if he has realized that he is a great treasure to the United Kingdom’s broadcasting industry. After serving the nation in the Royal Navy, Attenborough returned to embark on a journey with BBC, which we bet he never would’ve thought would last so long and earn him so much success.
Attenborough may be 95 years old, but he continues to gift the world amazing documentaries with ample knowledge. The 2020 documentary film David Attenborough: A Life On Our Planet is a great example reflecting his passion for the subject matter.
Tony Bennett – Age 94
Anthony Dominick Benedetto was shortened to Tony Bennett when he pursued a professional music career. At 94, he can look back at an extremely successful career as well as heaps of contributions to the industry, which also helped him to secure a net worth of $200 million with record sales exceeding 50 million across the globe.
Bennett has been married to Susan Crow since 2007. Despite his age and struggle with Alzheimer’s disease, Bennett remains active in the industry, having released his latest album, Love Is Here to Stay, in collaboration with Diana Krall, in 2018. A new album with Lady Gaga is also reportedly scheduled to release in 2021.
Janis Paige – Age 98
One of the last stars alive from the age of Classical Hollywood cinema, Janis Paige contributed to the American television industry for many decades between 1944 and 2001. Her retirement in 2001 is comprehensible, seeing as she is currently 98 years old and on the brink of turning 99.
Becoming the “Black Widow Girl” for the United States Army Air Forces during the war subsequently made her a pin-up model, which later paved the way for her acting career. Paige went from appearing in low-budget musicals to starring in her own sitcom, It’s Always Jan, and also other soaps like Capitol, General Hospital, and Santa Barbara.
Richard Thomas – 73

Now aged 97, Johns is credited for creating the Broadway role of Desiree Armfeldt in A Little Night Music. She is also greatly acclaimed for doing justice to Winifred Banks’s character in Mary Poppins. Unfortunately, her only child Gareth Forwood passed in 2007, and it has been over two decades since we last saw her on the screens.
